We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead national sales operations for a leading online health technology platform. This role involves managing a dynamic team across India, building institutional partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of 16 Sales Executives across major regions
- Drive institutional sales to hospitals, corporates, and medical networks
- Build key client relationships and close high-value deals
- Monitor regional performance, ensure CRM adoption, and generate data-driven reports
- Collaborate with internal teams on lead generation and campaign execution
- Represent the brand at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare/pharma/health tech
- Proven success managing geographically dispersed sales teams
- Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel pan-India for client engagement and team supervision
- Proficiency in CRM and performance tracking tools
