Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead national sales operations for a leading online health technology platform. This role involves managing a dynamic team across India, building institutional partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with growth objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of 16 Sales Executives across major regions
  • Drive institutional sales to hospitals, corporates, and medical networks
  • Build key client relationships and close high-value deals
  • Monitor regional performance, ensure CRM adoption, and generate data-driven reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams on lead generation and campaign execution
  • Represent the brand at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and industry events

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare/pharma/health tech
  • Proven success managing geographically dispersed sales teams
  • Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to travel pan-India for client engagement and team supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM and performance tracking tools
