Operations Manager

Overview

We are looking for a structured and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize backend functions across dispatch, administration, reimbursements, and facilities. The role demands strong coordination skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to streamline operational workflows across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee dispatch & logistics processes to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, inventory, and vendor contracts
  • Process and verify employee travel reimbursements in line with company policy
  • Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and coordinate facility services
  • Drive process improvements and maintain MIS dashboards for leadership insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years’ experience in operations or administration, preferably in healthcare or service sectors
  • Strong skills in logistics, vendor management, and expense control
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/CRM platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing cross-functional projects
